ELIXIR HILLS ONE OF THE top best resorts in Munnar
From my views I have few good things and few unexpected things need to be mentioned.
Pros: ambiance is outstanding,land Scape and views expecialy. staffs are friendly and polite and welcoming, rooms are spacious, lobby creative, Food is best at the place. he good thing I noticed in the restaurant is that the Chef Chandy was moving around the table and getting the feedback and giving advice to the guest as per their Request/suggestions. This is an excellent sign how importance they give to their guests. This can be practiced by the service staffs too. Don't see this as simple nothing it adds list of value to your service efforts.
Cons: Check in and Check out was chaos. Felt more employees should be in the position to manage this issues expecialy at least the busy schedules. Took few hours to get two rooms for us. Same with check out it took more time the usually requires.
Best Food in Munnar,but choice of desserts could improve. Buffet was very goods but the refiling of the buffet was not that good, I mean it Messed up. All three times in two days I felt the same. Restaurants timing and given information need to be precise and should be followed the same. Could add live north Indian kitchen at the lobby at least for night as majority guest look for grills/ tandoor dishes....ELIXIR HILLS ONE OF THE top best resorts in Munnar

The other section to be improved is house keeping: rooms where clean but not Toilet walls, sink, and floors. Toiletries they provide same as the high way motels. Not expected at all from a four start facility Lifeboy bar and one chiks sachet. Management really need to look in to this.
When it comes to lobby there are few beautiful objects as showpieces and a creative lightings Infront of the coffee shops. Please clean and make sure no cobwebs are in it. These are small errors but to be a 4/5* facility need this things done
