Novotel Manila has the best staff. I have met a lot of staff that offered their services and really made them selves available if I need them but since I am a low key guest who doesn't make demands it's still a very nice gesture of them to be readily available if needed be. I cannot remember all their names but thank you. For the staff that I regularly interacted with: Sherwin the Bellman and Ian from housekeeping - Thank you for being pleasant and available when I needed you guys. Jen at the front desk - She really did go above and beyond her call of duties and it might be a small gestures to some but it's greatly appreciated by me. I was checking out early morning and she asked if I had breakfast already and told her that the line was too long because of some event and didn't want to part of that large crowd, she then offered if I want a cup of coffee at least - after checking me out she excused herself and came back with a cup of coffee! Aaaawww so sweet of you, Jen - Thank you ! And of course, the Grand Dame of Novotel - Ms. Mai, who is always looking out for me. She makes sure that the guests receives a rockstar treatment at the hotel. Mai is really an asset to this hotel for she will treat you not just a guest but like an old friend visiting and she will make sure that you are well taken care of and your stay at the hotel will be a pleasurable one. She even treat me a cup of ube/macapuno ice cream at the ice cream shop located on the 1st floor. Where? Where? Where else can you find people that works at a hotel that will give you a 5star treatment like that? I consider myself well travelled and my answer is only at Novotel! Thanks, Ms. Mai for everything!
