I just stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks for business. In addition to it being a great hotel with all the necessary amenities, the staff were super friendly and helpful. Everyone from Alan the concierge who greeted me and assisted me several times to the catering staff and 24 floor lounge staff, they all addressed my by name and seemed to really enjoy their work. Ms. Michee, Ms. May and Ms. Carmela were particularly fabulous in assisting our team make our event seemless. This is the perfect hotel to host an event or just relax and enjoy the pool or spa!

if you want to book a hotel in quezon city, include this place in your list. novotel has this coziness, comfort, class and warmth that can only be found in well maintained establishments with well trained staff.

food is superb in their food exchange buffet restaurant at the ground floor. parking is adequate. wifi is stable and fast.

bathroom amenities are quite limited, though. but don't fret. you can still request for a needed tube of lotion, a shower cap and a sewing kit for free.

best feature of novotel is its location. it's literally adjacent to araneta coliseum and just 20 meters away from gateway mall. it's right across shopwise and SM department store. another 50 meters is ali mall, the very first mall in the Philippines.

Novotel has always been in my family's top list when it comes to booking hotels in Quezon City. However, when I inquired last November 6, 2019 for a Rotary event on May 2020, I only got a proposal after 6 days, November 12 from their Sales Coordinator Tasha. It was okay since I would understand if they were busy with other clients. I just cannot accept that I did not hear from them anymore after I replied on November 13. I followed up again on November 18. It's now November 22 AND STILL, NO ONE HAS REPLIED. No one even contacted me thru email or sms (they already have my number). It was very disappointing, actually. I feel so disrespected. Thus, we will book another hotel for our event and I will never consider this hotel again.
