It’s a place for everything, close to shops ,restaurants & transport was accessible.Staff from the lobby to house keeping are very accommodating, friendly and helpful.Security wise very secure .I stayed here for 10days.its a place you can relax and family oriented .You can review them everyday and you receive answer from the duty manager.I stayed
Many times already In Novotel in other countries and they have almost the same policy and of treating their customer especial or unique.They treat them equall whether you are foreigner or local.One needs to improve was in the gourmet Bar staff gave me a water with orange colour instead of what I ordered Fresh orange juice but the Duty manager talk to them and apologised to me and gave me a loyalty drink the next night .Thanks to the manager with a quick response and I hope will not happen again in the future.Suggestion to the lifeguard to implement what it’s in the policy..Duty Manager already talked to the responsible person.
I will recommend this hotel for everyone who wants to be treated lfairly and for a good holiday .You will be at peace and happy all the time .

Convenient and nice surrounding. nice staff, helpful and friendly. clean rooms and good housekeeping. can travel around city using taxi but some times the trafic is toomuch and it is faster to walk if you ar ok with walking.
