We stayed here five nights. The dinner buffet is marvelous! And the cost is high, $50 US per person. The breakfast buffet is dinner again and other basics. Bland watery oatmeal, not great fruit quality. Disappointing for the hotel rating. The room was wonderful. The staff are friendly and being in the Robinson Galleria there are ample food options.More

Staff provided good service, the room was clean and well appointed. Breakfast had a large selection but quality was only fair. The cable tv selection was very poor. No movie channels or sports! I later learned the system was not working in that room. That’s why my rating is 4, or even 3.5. Location was great!

The staffs are very accommodating - the bathroom is so classy and lastly, the food in 7c was super yummy- I will definitely go back one of these days :)

Pros: Location - near to the mall / connecting access, breakfast buffet selection, guest service response. Laundry service available.
Cons: Old rooms, gym facility in another building / hotel, bottle of water from previous guest left inside the garbage bin of toilet but this was immediately responded to after I made a call that this happened.
In both times I stayed at Crowne - I always end up leaving items behind (lost & found), and in both times the Front Office Team (shout out to Joseph, Kath and Jann Jeff) took the time to accommodate my calls and emails and made sure I get the items I left safely. In the first incident - I even left so much valuables (camera, passport). Thanks so much esp to Joseph for making sure my things were handled and returned to me.
Rooms are old as expected of an old hotel but the views were breathtaking. Loved opening my curtains in the morning and waking up to the sunset.
Breakfast buffet and the menu for dining were a treat too. I like how expansive the selection is as well as the safety protocols performed by staff. I can really see them disinfecting tables in between guests and using gloves when necessary. Their order system was also completely contactless. Just a point of improvement for the dining staff to pay attention to requests - I noted in the online form that I want my wine chilled, but wine was served warm. Had to repeat this to the servers again just to make it right.
They were also very strict with vaccination cards - so make sure you get to bring yours when you check-in.
Would def. be back esp if work and engagements are just around the area. Thank you, Crowne!
