Had a 1night stay but we were allowed an early check in. The room is clean but I can smell the disinfectant used. The staff are nice and accommodating, place is strategic and accessible. Will be coming back soon.

The hotel staffs and guards are approachable and kind to us guests. The room is very cozy and very relaxing, too! As a first time solo traveler, I made a right decision in checking in Red Planet. Will check in again soon!

The location is excellent for people planning to travel around and accessible to commuters as well. However if you need a reliable internet connection you cannot totally connect and use the internet. I cannot stay connected for even 3 minutes straight. My device was disconnected every time and I need to input the log in and password every time. I hope you can improve on this.

If you want to relax and just sleep, this hotel is for you. Nearby resto are armstretched away for orders or dine in if situation permits. Availability of rides are readily available, banks are also just around the corner. Government offices are also a couple of minutes ride away.

wifi useless
would not recommend this hotel ever again, my whole stay for 1 week was very terrible. this type of hotel should be subject for closure by the way they operate.

Rest assured that we have taken the necessary action on the aircon issue and although we did not see any problem with the bidet in all the rooms that you have stayed at, we will keep on monitoring this concern. Great staff. Clean rooms. Every single one of them have been very professional and accomodating. Awesome service. Front office have been very prompt in resolving queries. Location have good access to restaurants.
