This is my first time to stay at this hotel and by far, I'd say that it exceeded my expectations. The hotel staff are friendly and accommodating. I loved the welcome treats as well, which for the record, never experienced from other Microtel Branches. The hotel manager (Ms. Lhars) made sure that my stay is memorable by sending a welcome note - what an add value to a great hotel stay experience.

The hotel is clean, food was great and the ambiance is so homey and relaxing. A home away from home.

It is our last day in this hotel venue. I highly appreciate the service of the people who works here. Especially Ms. Kristel, MJ,Shy,Kenneth, and Jason and all staff for accommodating us. The food is good here, love the over flowing coffee as well ❤️❤️❤️. Even to the last minute of our stay they did not disappoint us. Would highly recommend this place.

For 7days not allowed to step out from my door...u cant imagine how grateful i am and so touched how Ms Lorein understood my situation.
Not a day... i did not feel alone in d room because of her and to Mr Paul. It was scary but i was assured even just listening to their voice.
