Located within the Tomas Morato Area, the hotel is pretty accessible. The rooms where has perfect beds, complete with comfortable pillows and comforters. The room's air conditioning was running flawlessly. It's equipped with water heater for your coffee, walk-in closets, working desk, mirrors. The comfort room was clean. Shower has hot and cold.

The people were very welcoming and accommodating. They will assist you with every request.

Buffet breakfast was great for its price. You'll have your basics but it was cooked deliciously.

Downside, the fridge is common per floor... but you rarely use it so. Also, they only 1 parking slot, but you can park along the road with 24/7 guard watching it if your not that picky.

All in all, this place is great for those times you feel like you can use some away time or business trips in the Quezon City area.

Room Tip: Choose 2nd floor rooms

I chose this B&B for it's location. It's in a quiet residential suburb but shops and restaurants are only a block away. The rooms and bathroom are clean but the water pressure is a bit low. Breakfast was part of the deal but didn't have a lot of fruit choices. There was only one choice of bread which usually runs out when there are a lot of guests especially on weekends.
I was on the ground floor room and it was noisy when one of the function halls had a party going.Try to get a room on the second floor.

We had a memorable stay during our pre-wedding preparation. The staff were very accommodating even though I had some adjustments and requests made due to last minute changes. The room were very clean and tidy when we checked in. It was a good thing also that they had buffet breakfast at affordable price and we didn't had to worry for the food of our wedding entourage and crew (we had morning wedding).

It was my wedding day when we book in the bridal suite. The reception forgot to let me know that there's an inclusion of bridal mannequin in the bridal suite. But upon check in theres no mannequin available in that room. We have no idea that we pay for that room with inclusion of mannequin. So we only hang the bridal gown in the bed. Upon check out. I check the checklist and found out that there is a mannequin to check. I call out the reception and told us that the mannequin is in the other regular room.
The point is.
- Wedding is maybe once in the life time event and not everyone blessed to have a wedding like we did. And this simply situation to others annoy our wedding day.
- what if the reception told us to pay in the missing facilities in the room that include in the checklist.
i hope this situation will have any action about poor service to customer.

Dear chadacosta28,

In case we missed greeting you on your special day, Congratulations and Best wishes! We thank you for giving a review and sharing your experiences during your stay here in Casa Pura.

Wedding preparation is one of the busiest day in someone's life and indeed play a big part of that whole once in a lifetime event. Our guest rooms has their own respective inclusions but additional or special set up can be arranged. Since we do not have any entourage fee for wedding preparations, any requests must be made upon reservation and are upon availability. Our dear guests usually bring in their own mannequin for their bridal gown but in some cases, guests are requesting for a mannequin to be set up (at no added cost) prior to their check in in our bridal suite.

With regards to standard room check upon check out, an in-room checklist serves as our Room Attendants and/or Housekeeping Supervisor's basis in checking before endorsing any incurred charges to our front desk. However, after thorough investigation of your case, we regret that we fell short in updating our in-room checklist.

Once again, our sincere apology for all the inconveniences we've caused you. Hope you'll give Casa Pura another chance to be of service to you in the future. We truly are looking forward to it.

Sincerely,

Elline Mae M. Bastes
