The room was very nice.
The food was good, maybe more food choices for the kids.
The hotel staff was very nice especially DJ and Clarence. Except for a lady staff at the deck always in a grumpy face.
Maybe more amenities for kids too.

We stayed for 5 days for a NGA Training course and decided to extend my stay for an additional day with my family because I was so happy with the service, amenities, and food! I would like to commend the service staff, including DJ (concierge), Erwin, Rayson (Housekeeping), Tracy, Shiene, and Trisha (Front Office), Hannah, Alex, Generic, and others from the F&B for making our stay comfortable, delightful, and memorable. And special thanks to the Sales team, and kudos to Ms. Jocie/Joyce. I highly recommend their PAYAPA SPA to complete the perfect relaxation staycation. The pool was also clean and the kids loved it! This hotel is recommended for all meetings and function events near Metro Manila!
Cocoon Hotel is not just an ordinary hotel in the city - it's an architectural masterpiece that combines the modern features of concrete and traditional aesthetics of wood. Everywhere you look, you'd see how both materials are well used and seamlessly connected.
Even with just six floors and a basement, the hotel is jampacked with lots of wonderful surprises - from chic and spacious rooms (you can watch Netflix from the bathtub!) to various delicious meal choices, to a compact yet relaxing pool and a spa that will make you want to come back for more. And they also have a garden up at the Deck - I recognized eggplants, dalandan, oregano and mint among the blooms.
Kudos to the staff who were very friendly and accommodating, from the time I booked my stay up until I checked out. Checking-in was a breeze - that's how efficient they are, and they won't delay when you ask or inquire for their assistance.
Three days aren't enough to fully enjoy the Cocoon experience - I'll be definitely going back.
I had a blast. It was super cozy. I even had a bubble bath! And on Fridays and Saturdays they could play a jazz, classic, maybe even the genre you like. When you enter the place it has a serene aroma that eases your body. Breakfast food? It was superb.
The Cocoon Boutique Hotel was impressively clean overall. The common areas, such as the lobby and hallways, were well-maintained and inviting. The guest room was tidy and fresh, though I noticed a few minor dust spots on the furniture. The housekeeping staff did a good job, but a bit more attention to detail would have earned a full five stars.
I would like to commend the following people for making my stay and experience wonderful. On-the-job trainees JC, Paul and Peter John for having assisted and responding to the needs of the guests promptly. Supervised with their Senior Officers namely, Edwin, Jomar, Glenn and Rayson. You guys are the best.
