I had a blast. It was super cozy. I even had a bubble bath! And on Fridays and Saturdays they could play a jazz, classic, maybe even the genre you like. When you enter the place it has a serene aroma that eases your body. Breakfast food? It was superb.
The Cocoon Boutique Hotel was impressively clean overall. The common areas, such as the lobby and hallways, were well-maintained and inviting. The guest room was tidy and fresh, though I noticed a few minor dust spots on the furniture. The housekeeping staff did a good job, but a bit more attention to detail would have earned a full five stars.
I would like to commend the following people for making my stay and experience wonderful. On-the-job trainees JC, Paul and Peter John for having assisted and responding to the needs of the guests promptly. Supervised with their Senior Officers namely, Edwin, Jomar, Glenn and Rayson. You guys are the best.
This hotel became our go-to every time we needed a place to stay in the area. TV is great, smart tv unlike other hotels so you can watch youtube and netflix and not rely on tv channels. The staff is accommodating and always helpful. Rooms are very comfortable and the atmosphere is great. Location is great as well, close to restaurants and fastfood establishment and main road. All in all, its always a great stay, made even better all the time because of the staff. The staff and service is a credit to this place, they do a wonderful job.
The staff was really accommodating. I had a special request to set up the room for our anniversary celebration, and they really did an amazing job! Special thanks to Mond, Tracy, Trisha, and Shiene for the romantic room setup. When we arrived, the room was beautifully decorated with heart-shaped towel swans, roses, and a personalized note on the television that made our anniversary extra special. They even arranged the bottle of wine, roses, and gift that I ordered online.
We also want to commend Jomar and Edwin from housekeeping for providing faux petals and a romantic bed setup, and DJ from concierge for the seamless room check-in. The warm and friendly service we received throughout our stay truly made a difference. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed, but it was the exceptional service that stood out.
We left feeling pampered and well taken care of, and we can’t wait to return for another stay. Thank you to the entire team for making our anniversary unforgettable!

Well recommended hotel in the heart of Quezon City. Location is great, Facility is magnificent and the service is superb. Me and my friends stayed in Cocoon Boutique Hotel in preparation of August 2024 long weekend, we are amazed with the room. The receptionists and the attendant "DJ" were very helpful with our request. what most special with our stay in this hotel, is their breakfast at the rooftop. We've been assist and catered by their servers Hannah, Kenneth and Alex. The food is sumptuous and we love the set up. Definitely we'll comeback for another overwhelming experience.
