Thank you Cocoon for once again accommodating our request. It's already more than a month when we checked in again to Cocoon. We came from Taal,Batangas to escape the wrath of Taal Volcano. The team were able to accommodate our request (late check-out, 2 beds etc). We felt their sincerity when they checked on us especially Rona who take time to talk to my kids as well. we are traumatized and tired but we were able to rest when we checked in. At one point my kids got a good night sleep. Also, when we had our breakfast we got a perfect view of sunrise. We appreciate it more. We stayed there one night (January 13) before we went to Caloocan.

A friend of mine recommended this hotel as my clients are nearby in Quezon City. The photos don't quite do the place justice. While it is an aging property, it's immaculate and the staff are exceptionally above average. There is a reasonable selection for breakfast. Rooms are spacious and the beds comfy. While there are many newer options for business travelers, this one is more cozy. Almost has a bed and breakfast feel to it.

We stayed here Jan9 right after we went to feast of the Black Nazarene. Staffs are very friendly and gave us complimentary drinks upon checked in, assisted us with all smile. The room was so good for us family. Complete all amenities. Free breakfast too. We still have upcoming booking here for March to celebrate wedding anniversary.
