We stayed here Jan9 right after we went to feast of the Black Nazarene. Staffs are very friendly and gave us complimentary drinks upon checked in, assisted us with all smile. The room was so good for us family. Complete all amenities. Free breakfast too. We still have upcoming booking here for March to celebrate wedding anniversary.
My little family loves to stay here, we have do still have upcoming bookings just to stay and relax. The room is big, lounge area, bed room and the bathroom is exceptional. Amenities are complete and all staffs are very accommodating.
This hotel was a very pleasant surprise. Welcoming reception and very clean and well appointed room with lovely en suite bathroom. The restaurant staff on the 6th floor were delightful and professional and I wouldn’t hesitate to go back.
We had an amazing time celebrating my boy's 11th birthday and chinese new year at the hotel. The staff were warm and welcoming. Food was good. The room spacious and clean. The bath was just beautiful. We will definitely go back.
My father and i were spending a couple of days celebrating his birthday and it was wonderful. We made special memories. Our stay at cocoon was an exellent and splendid beyond the relaxing atmosphere of the lobby and wonderful aminities. Excelent service and the menu has a great variety of choices. The people there make it so very special.. Rooms are very comfortable and gorgeous pool. I was excited to come back again. The room was ample size, the bed super comfy with luxe linens, the bathroom haf nice fixtures.the hotel staff was efficient, attentive. Thanks to patric ortiz. Nice staff and very supportive.
