My father and i were spending a couple of days celebrating his birthday and it was wonderful. We made special memories. Our stay at cocoon was an exellent and splendid beyond the relaxing atmosphere of the lobby and wonderful aminities. Excelent service and the menu has a great variety of choices. The people there make it so very special.. Rooms are very comfortable and gorgeous pool. I was excited to come back again. The room was ample size, the bed super comfy with luxe linens, the bathroom haf nice fixtures.the hotel staff was efficient, attentive. Thanks to patric ortiz. Nice staff and very supportive.

~Our Home away from home~
Couldn't think of any hotel to stay other than Cocoon Boutique Hotel because of our previous experience indeed one of unforgettable experienced our Family had. Staff are all
Welcoming from parking, checking in, during our stay and up to checking-out all staffs are making sure that our stay is as perfect as possible. Did I also mention that they even upgraded us from a deluxe room to 1 bedroom suite and I must admit that we are really amazed on their generosity. They even allowed us to check-in early and check-out late. Our family really had a wonderful stay. Special mention to Justin Alec De Guzman who assisted us both from our previous and recent stay, we also tried their spa and availed their massage truly it was a great value for money and the location of Cocoon Hotel is a plus because it is near in everything. My Family will definitely comeback again...

Generally good value at around 65 bucks CAD per night. But the hotel is away from Manila’s attractions, malls etc. Some appliances; fridge, kettle, hair dryer were missing or did not work. Shower head had seen better days, bathroom, shower unit was dated. Hotel has some facilities like a pool but we didn’t use it. Restaurant on 6th floor was okay but a limited, mainly Filipino menu (rice, fried egg & chicken etc). Not alot of food alternatives outside other than macdonalds, and that has a similar menu. Service was good, staff helpful and friendly. There is a street bar next to the hotel which is very loud with drunken revellers all night til about 7am everyday. It was okay for a 4 night visit.

Room tip: Maybe avoid rooms over street bar

We stayed here for one night. Check in was quick and the staff was delightful. Room was not that big and lights were pretty dim. Although the room feels homey, its not recommended for doing work. Bed and pillows were fine but the downside was, we were monitoring the CNN news and the cable was not working an hour after we checked in till we checked-out. Even the internet during this time was pretty slow.

For the bathroom, there was a separate bathtub and shower but the shower was small and if you are a big person, your elbows may hit the wall every now and then. Also, the door that closes the shower area only closed half of it thus after showering, the floor outside the shower area was very wet.

Nonetheless, the water had good pressure and with thermoregulation possibilities.

We also tried their signature massages at the 2nd floor which was okay for the discounted price. Their last call was at 12midnight.

We also had the breakfast at 500 per person but i would suggest not to get it due to very limited choices. Although the eggs benedict was decent, i dont think its worth the price.

"Christmas is the day that holds all time together" From Nueva Ecija, we spent our christmas at Cocoon Hotel which is near the area of my sister who's working in this city. They gave us a cookie upon checking-in as a welcome christmas gift and all the front desk are very pleasant. Suite room is very big for us and I highly recommend it for a family. Abuela's restaurant serves an appetizing food and we don't even try to buy food outside. Thanks to Generic and Enzo who are still on duty even it's christmas eve and served us the food with a big smile. My favorite part is the breakfast at the deck, feeling the fresh air and having a fresh food. From fresh salad, breads, pancakes, eggs and soup, up to the mouthwatering ala carte foods, I would say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day! Hahaha. Cocoon hotel is near the churches, malls and restaurants (along tomas morato) that's why it's very easy for us to choose where to go and we indeed enjoyed our day. Thank you Cocoon Hotel and we'll surely come back!!!
