Too late to back out of a 2 night stay. Suites were not yet refurbished when it should’ve been , particularly when it is a senior TA who was staying. Amenities are functional but dated. Clean , but still feels need major refreshing. Good location , as it has always been, at the Libis Eastwood area . The breakfast buffet at their coffee shop was respectable enough.FD manager Mae was very considerate with our request. . Used the travel expo voucher , the reason I guess I didn’t get the new suite.

Thank you for your patronage and for taking the time to post a review on your stay. As you know, we are currently in the process of renovating our rooms and as of this writing, no newly renovated rooms or suites are available yet. Please be assured that the hotel does not discriminate against voucher users. We do regret, however, that your experience was not completely satisfactory because of the dated amenities and furnishings in your room. Hopefully our excellent location, housekeeping standards, and our team's overall service made up for this.

As we are expecting some renovated rooms to be released first quarter of next year, we hope you will find time to visit us again for a more enjoyable stay. Until then, we shall look forward to welcoming you back.

This is a rating of their restaurant.
It was a Saturday evening and there was practically no staff in the restaurant. The food took too long to arrive and each of our orders arrived far apart.

Food taste was nice enough but not worth it for the price - you'll get more value in the more pricey restaurants in the area (CYMA, Cibo, Gloria Maris, etc.).

My solo visit in this hotel was superb. One week of stay here was great! Staffs are accommodating. Everytime I entered and even going out they're always wear their smile and saying 'welcome' or 'Hi Ma'am' and that for me is good attitude. I have a problem with my AC and I called the reception and in a matter of a minute or two the technician arrived. With regards on the breakfast buffet, I do hope that there is a schedule for a meal so that it will be alternate everyday not the same meal every day.

We stayed at this hotel to help my in-laws sell their condo which was located next to the hotel. Hotel staff were polite, professional and attentive. We stayed in a 1-bedroom room, nice enough but dated. We do recognise that the hotel is undertaking a refurbishment, so it would be good to see once completed. The only let down was the buffet breakfast, put simply below average. The offering was not good, so many times food on offer wasn't replenished, weekends were busy, no fruit selection, no barista coffee, expected a lot more from this grading of hotel. The restaurant staff were friendly though, and we wanted to point out Gamal for his over and above attitude. Overall a good experience, apart from the buffet breakfast

Worst stay ever. Bathroom seemed unsanitized. Hair on toilet seat and pubic hair inside toilet bowl. Smelled nasty in the bathroom. Called recep to complain and no one came. Called recep a couple of times and no one picked up. The room was so old and deteriorated. Food prices on the room service menu was extremely overpriced. Never ever coming back to this hotel

Moreover, we are very much concerned about the problems on sanitation and service you mentioned as these are definitely not the standards we maintain. Please be assured that we have taken the necessary actions to address your complaints and ensure that these do not happen again. The hotel is already undergoing renovation which hopefully will be done within the year. We have also called the attention of our staff to always prioritize the resolution of guests’ complaints and guarantee their satisfaction.
