Eurotel convenient location, clean rooms and great service from hotel staff.

5.0 of 5 bubblesReviewed Feb 9, 2025
Eurotel North Edsa is a great place to stay when visiting Philippines in Quezon City and Manila areas.
I had a great 4 night stay at Eurotel, walking distance from SM North Edsa shopping mall. The room was clean, fresh, and comfortable
The staff was friendly particularly helpful and kind. I would like to commend Ms Nicole at the front desk for excellent service. Together with Sir Norcio and Harold.
The breakfast also was awesome! So i highly recommend this hotel and i look forward to stay here on my next visit to the Philippines.

This was the hotel where a lot of amenities are offered and toiletries were even complete. It is also very convenient since there is a grocery store near the hotel and just a few minute walk towards SM North. Very friendly and accommodating staff.

Extremely disappointing. Our room stunk so badly, from the moment you walk in it his you in the nose and eyes. We believe the smell comes from the drain in the sink. It sounded like AC was on, but the room was hot - turns out it wasn’t on, but was still making a noise. Once we found the switch to turn on, the sound amplified and was like a motorbike engine. Since we were in a soulless room with no window or fan, we needed it on. Ordered food service, waited more than an hour then called down and asked where it was - was told it’s coming. I gave up after waiting for more than 2 hours. On a more positive tone: breakfast was edible, and wifi worked despite being very weak.

The hotel is very well located for using public transportation, as it is very close to the “North Avenue” stop of MRT3 (which is currently the final stop on the MRT3 line, leading from there southwards along the EDSA highway). Another public transport line, LRT1, can also be reached on foot, only that the nearest station “Roosevelt” was closed in late November / early December 2021, so it will take a while to walk further to the now final stop on that line, “Balintawak”.

There is currently construction ongoing for a new line close to the hotel, which I believe will be named MRT7, giving even more connections with public transport (east-wards, out of Quezon City / Metro Manila). Due to the construction, I heard sometimes noise during the night coming from the outside.

In about 30 minutes walking distance is the Ninoy Aquino Park, a peaceful place with animals and places for picknick, or simply to rest from the city noise. Also, the Quezon Memorial Circle, another park, can be visited for recreational purposes and is very close to the before-mentioned Ninoy Aquino Park.

Due to Covid-19 measurements, breakfast – which was included in the price – was brought to the room. Hotel staff was friendly to me, and I want to thank everyone of the hotel team as well as the security personnel. At the reception desk I was treated well by Jonna, and by the other front desk staff, for which I am thankful.

DIRTY, OLD and NEEDS A BUNCH OF UPDATES! I checked in June 2021 as my quarantine facility as required by the gov't. The first time I set foot in the room....I felt disgusted-smelly room, bathroom was moldy and dirty, the pillows were old and filthy. Ugh! I called the front desk and want to checkout, if it wasn't complicated to find another place I would. NEVER AGAIN!!!!
