Note Pad or Service

This hotel is bigger compare to the other brach in kalayaan.
Food is Great but not the coffee, (Somethings off in my taste buds)
The room was pleasant, Complete set up we stay at executive premium at room 510
I would like to commend camille from the reception for giving her welcoming service all throughout. She has the very attracted smile among the rest. She is very polite and accomodating.Also to manong judy the bell boy who assisted us to check in,And Joy in restaurant for being attentive.

I recommend that you should try this hotel
3/5 for the hotel amenities
4/5 for the food
5/5 for the service.

A quite an comfortable place for an overnight.

I was worried where to stay for a night in Quezon City considering my unfamiliarity of the place. I hate going to Metro Manila considering safety issues and cost of overnight stay places. But, I came across a budget hotel nearest to the area where I am intended to transact. I booked to this hotel with very reasonable price and it exceeds my expectation considering the room furnishing and service of the hotel and it's breakfast food was a very good one. I got also a free Ironing service for my long sleeve polo and a pant to wear decently for business transaction that day considering that it needs pressing as it was wrinkled in my backpack. Other budget hotels usually charge P75.00 each plus the tip. But this hotel does not only gave me a comfortable sleep during that night but also like a household that has free ironing service.. It is also very near and just a walking distance to restaurants and fast food chains.

3/5 Because of the Concierge

Should have been 2/5. Breakfast is poor. Costs Php180.00 for 3 pcs dangit, 1 egg, fried rice that is hard to chew and 1 cup of tasteless coffee. Room is old. Front desk never smiled except for Camille. She didn't assist us but still smiled and greeted us unlike the others at the desk. The concierge who assisted us with our bags (forgot to get his name) did the room in procedure excellently.

Warm Welcome 👌🏽

This Place is located at the back of Heart Center, Near in BSP, SSS, PSA, and National kidney. There are a lot of fast food chains in the area, e.g Mcdonalds,Jollibee, Mang Inasal, Chowking. greenwich.

The room was Great, Room was too small but The Bathroom is Big Special mention the RM401. The Rate was too pricy in property. So I advised to book online...

The Staff’s are Very accomomodating, Special Mention to Mang Judy the one who assisted us on our luggage and to the lady named camille and niacel for woderful service, camille was the one helped my father whos a senior and sitting on a wheel chair. I really admire her because of the service that she shows us. I thought she was the supervisor at the hotel because of the extra service that she show’s us kudos for this Lady, So If you’re going to checked in to their Hotel you will notice her easily because she was the only person who have a big smile and I believe a Big Heart.

Home close to home

Function rooms are fit for small group meetings, complete w right equipment. Hotel staff are courteous and responsive during the meeting. Food is sumptuous, a little creamier/richer though than usual. Rooms are spacious and enough to do work inside. I found the bathroom a little small though, too small for comfort
