The room is clean. Checking in is fast. The receptionist is very friendly and accomodating. The hotel is located in a safe area. There are many restaurants and convenient shops. It is a great and affordable hotel. You can book online.

I booked a hotel near in Philippine Heart Center, Good Thing I saw Fersal.
The location of this hotel is a bit safe, But the the problem is they're parking lot. They don't have enough parking space.
But all these are completed with the great service of its staff and personnel, in particular i commend Camille on its reception area for her welcoming smile and excellent customer service! She truly makes you feel welcome and important. I hope the management can likewise commend her excellent job. She is the only receptionist that will greet you where ever you bump to each other inside and outside the hotel premise.

Super service from the manager Maam Sally, Receptionists Camille and Pauline, Housekeeping Inday, Judie, Glenn, Adrain and Arnold also to Jenny and Joy of Inn Cafe. Not to mention the friendly and helpful security guards on duty. We stayed in total 3 weeks (Sept 29 until October 19), our home away from home. We will definitely book this hotel again. Room tip: Rooms on the south side are more quieter.

I booked at Fersal Malakas during my birthday last June 20, actually it was my 5th time already (short staycation). Although this hotel is a little bit old but you can never go wrong with their rate per night, its cheap complete with good shower, refrigerator and kettle for coffee/tea. I almost forgot their rate is inclusive of Breakfast and they serve very good Pinoy Breakfast (i recommend their danggit😉) This hotel is safe especially for solo traveler like me😆👌🏼
