We arrived in the afternoon and booked for 4 days a deluxe queen room. Me and my partner were carrying 3 baggages and no one meet us halfway to help us neither after checking in. We were the only couple checking in that time but the receptionist took very long and informed us that on our first night she will give us the executive room because there are no available deluxe queen room for that night. They will call us the next day when the deluxe queen room will be available which will be hassle for us to pack again our things to move in another room. We didnt complain since it’s an executive room only for a night. We had hight expection since it’s an executive room and it was big but upon lying in the bed there were stains in the pillows and white paints and scotch tape on the wall. There were no fridge neither and itchy blankets.
The next day we had breakfast and we notice that if you don’t approach any of the staff they will just ignore you. The only thing i like is they change the breakfast everyday. As for the the check out same as the check in but worst. It was like we were in line to an embassy or PSA/NSO waiting to call our name and there were no place to seat. I can understand that the hotel has just opened. I think staff must be trained and be more approachable and meet the needs of the guest. We must feel at home.
