The rooms are cheap but they are big and clean enough. The beds are well-kept. The kitchen and restrooms are also clean. Towels, bottled water, coffee, and toiletries are provided. There's cable TV in the room. Staff are also polite and professional.

I was surprised to see that the building is either newly built or they just kept the property well maintained. Very clean rooms, linen smelling fresh. Minimalist style with a few decor (i.e. nice small accent pillow) that complemented the room. The only hotel I stayed at with three different beds with its own desk and closet is perfect for friends. The 2 twin beds may be joined together for the couple and the third bed for a child or a teenager. Also the only budget hotel that has a sink in the room, a good size counter and a 3-foot refrigerator so one can tell that the room is pretty big. The rate is soooo cheap, I can stay here for a month and still have enough money to eat at either 7-11 or mini stop convenience store only less than a block away. There’s plenty of eatery around the area, a Korean grocery inside the boutique lifestyle mall where bars, restaurants, specialty foods and cafes are located in a covered area.
