This hotel is nice and clean, employees are good too but our main complain here is calling customer service. We stayed for 6 days for quarantine but it’s very hard to call customer service, morning, noon and evening they don’t answer the calls. Food is ok some are good some are not. You should bring plenty of snacks if you want to quarantine here because their food is expensive and the food is not enough. Next time I will try another hotel.

The hotel was clean, staff were accommodating and the room was great. However, some of the amenities were not available during our stay. The pool and the garden were of no access to the guests even if we were there for a business trip.

My stay at Seda Vertis North was very nice. They made my 7 day stay bearable and memorable. I had mentioned that I love fruits and they made it a point to provide me fruits at each meal. The food was tasty and enough to keep you satisfied. The staff are very receptive to requests and you can tell they work hard. Guests safety is their top priority and I felt very safe during my stay. My only regret giving them a full 5-star rating, was the fact that they didn't accommodate my request for a microwave oven in the room and to upgrade my room to a Premier suite though my Deluxe suite was enough for me. The microwave oven would have been a nice touch to place inside the room, as guests can eat at their own time. Any international guest can agree that it takes awhile to acclimate yourself to time difference and get over jetlag. Other than that, I was able to have a nice stay and would not hesitate to go back next time and had a full experience that Seda Vertis North offers.

Everything was ok, Its difficult times due to Covid19, and you have consider that. Nice staff, no problems with check in or out, they try to help as much as possible. So overall everything is ok for me at least.

Good hotel close to shops, but if you are quarantined then its a no go until the results come out. The only downside is they forget little things like cutlery to go with my packed lunch. I need to call the operator and sometimes take a long time to answer at their end. I understand there is the fear of virus transmission, so they ring the bell quickly in succession after dropping my packed lunch and run as far as they can. Overall it was a good stay except for the minor bits and pieces I mentioned. If it was a different time, I would recommend it as the room was good size and clean.
