My family used to stay here every week when staying in Manila. A vee accessible and clean rooms. If you have extended family, you can use two rooms via connecting door which is really great... Nice people, especially those staff in parking are and the guards as well.

The rooms are secure, clean, air-conditioned and comfortable. The staff is courteous and attentive to client needs 24/7. The staff are also very helpful in finding other amenities in the neighbourhood.
The goods first - location is convenient, there's nothing I can say about it. We stayed here the weekend before Christmas 2019 as it is conveniently located within the mall to do your Christmas shopping. Now the negative part, I don't know if your staff needs more training, but it is absolutely not a good experience shouting at your customers by 2:00 in the morning just because of a minor accident in the parking. The way we have been treated - makes me don't want to stay in this hotel again. Oh, and on that note as well, the parking space is just horrendous. Goodluck getting your car in 10 minutes, their valet service is very slow you'll be lucky to get yours in 30.
