This mall should be upgraded. It is old and run down. The parking area is a mess specially when it rains. The only saving grace is that there is a Shoemart within the complex.
I love shopping at Shop wise here. Sm harrison is a great place to shop. Close to the CCp and the baywalk.
Nothing has changed thru the years HP is still the same old but definitely not outdated shopping wise this mall has still a lot to offer.
There is a SM mall but other wise is run down and not very inviting..

Robinsons Place Mall a couple of kilometres away in Ermita is way superior.
This mall was one of the first malls in Manila,it is now abit old,but worth the visit, all the local use it and they have every day free concerts from local school or dance clubs,so it is nice to watch. Many places to have a cheap and good massage.
