Very accommodating staff, clean beddings and room, however it took more than 24 hours for the housekeeping to clean our room when we requested for it. Had fun on the swimming pool and sauna. Location is also very accessible. Overall, highly satisfied. ^^

Me and my girlfriend stayed here for 10 days. First off we stayed on the 32nd floor that had an awesome view of the city. Sometimes it took a little while to catch a elevator but overall I prefer the high floors for The peace and quiet in the view. We enjoyed sitting out on the terrace I had a small table set a couple chairs out there and we just been hours out there. Robinsons mall was right across the street which had everything you needed shops restaurants and also nearby were many stops 7-E we enjoyed sitting out on the terrace I had a small table we set a couple chairs out there and we just been hours out there. Robinsons mall was right across the street which had everything you needed shops restaurants and also nearby were convenience stores. Plenty of taxis and trikes, whatever you need to get around the city right outside the front door. The aircon struggled a bit to keep me comfortable, but it worked. The king-size bed was nice with the small kitchenette and a small refrigerator. It does have a swimming pool on the ninth floor which is very nice we spent some time there relaxing. What I found most important was the service. They kept people on each floor if you needed something you called the front desk or you just open your door and they were outside to help. The service was excellent. I've stayed in four or five hotels in Manila and this is one of the best I've stayed in for the money and great room service. I would definitely recommend if you're going for a couple days or couple weeks good place to stay with a lot of history and things to see nearby.

1. housekeeping had not been to our room and there were no towel with which to shower. I asked to housekeeper that the room be cleaned but, never cleaned my room
2. I left my t-shirts
they didn't give me back
3. Safe box was not secure in one place and you can move the safe box around the room.

try disaster hotel ever!!

It was close to Robonson's Place, a shopping mall at the right hand side of this hotel. It took 5 min walk to reach there. It is a condo unit retrofit to a hotel room. There was another similar hotel established in the same condo. It is fairly clean, with kitchenet and a microwave. A cash deposit of 2000 peso per night was required..it would be better if they can accept credit card.
