We stayed at Regency Grand Suites for four nights in March and found it to be excellent value for money.

The room was a little compact but had everything in that you would need including large fridge and microwave. We were also lucky enough to have a partial see view.

We had a little issue on our arrival but Karen, Jarvis and the team more than made up for it and we would like to thank them for making our stay so enjoyable.

The hotel is ideally located for all the main sites including city hall, national museum, Rizal park and San Agustin church. It was also close to the metro line so easy to travel round.

The hotel was virtually next door to Robinson's Place a shopping mall which includes an excellent selection of shops, bars and restaurants.

If we were to come to Manila again we would certainly stay here.

Location was great! Vey close to Robinsons,it just a wlaking distance. We were on the 32nd floor and we can see the Manila Bay.It is also a walking distance to the Manila Bay.There is a pool but I didn't get to swim as when I looked at it the pool was so dirty. There so many kids and adult swimming. On that Birch tower there is like 4 Hotels/condotel.There is a mini fridge and kitchenette.A microwave in the room but there is no cooking stuff there. There were plates and cups and a coffee maker.

Room Tip: well, the 32nd floor was a quiet room and you can request a sea view or city view whichever you prefer

We stayed there with my girlfriend 3 times last year and we have a great experience there. The staffs are very polite, the front office and the room attendants as well. The room is very clean and upgradable in same price as long as the room is available. Very relaxing place, nice view during nighttime. This hotel is recommended for short and long stays.

Room Tip: Accessible to the mall just across the pedro gil

We booked and paid for breakfast and were simply told 'there is no breakfast'. the 'suit' is about a small as you can make it, couch is not a hide away but the one where the back folds down leaving you sleeping in the valley, Location is as described close to the mall which gives you all the restaurants you need

Beautiful panoramic view of Manila for a fairly decent priced room. Privatley owned condos, rented out by owners...kinda like a modern air bnb. Studio style living if you're on the go, but comfortable enough for extended stays in the citin We were on 32nd floor, towering over most of Manilas hotels and hostels. We had a balcony viewing Manila Bay and a window also over our sink. Awesome way to be a traveler in my native country.

Room Tip: Panoramic view rooms. Pool is on the 9th floor.
