Cleanliness is a guarantee.
Safety and Security is Far Reliable.

Food on breakfast is just disgusting. Hair seen on noodles that was served.

good service, quick check in and out , would take cash for room as dont like using credit card ,rooms clean , ideal location , walking distance to a lot of tourist venues . Very suitable for budget minded tourist , will definitely use Red Planet again

This hotel is nice, clean and super comfy! Great location, attractive public rooms, comfortable bedroom and bathrooms, attentive service and probably the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Well done to all concerned! I had a great 2 nights stay. I will definitely stay here again!

The service is good, Clean room, just beside the hotel is 7 eleven and a Chinese restaurant . the front desk staff are very good and polite. and also its a big help for us since they have printing services

No extraordinary on my stay. Should improve on front desk efficiency. They keep your guest waiting for so long in booking and checking out. They should be attentive if there's a guest in front and leave what they are doing to prioritize the guest
