This restaurant was walking distance from my hotel and I visited it three times. My favorite is the Beef Hor Fun which is essentially fried Singapore style kway Teow.

Slightly on the sweet side but still lovely large noodles and tender beef . i was surprised that a small serve was way too much for a single person so i took the rest away and ate it for tea. The other dish I tried was the chinese bok choy with garlic and again a very decent serve at the price and really crunchy lovely garlic flavour

Regrettably I could not comment on the tim sum as a single diner....

I have no reservation to recommend this restaurant with good service.

Hap Chan Tea House, has an ambiance of a restaurant and fast food for people who wants to each chinese food. Their food is tasty and affordable. Their servers are also goo and fast.

just right for a small snack after a heavy traffic to the office. I like this because it is clean. But the quantity and quality has to shape up for more.

Not quality of dimsum, very slow in service and not good ambiance. I suggest that they improve on the food quality and quantity.

The dimsum is not fresh and it was made commercially. Comparing it to authentic dimsum with other fine dining restaurant. It has to improve
