We stayed here only for a night and I wish I had time to have stayed more.

Immediately as we got off from the taxi, a staff cheerfully greeted us right away and offered to take our luggage. He took us to the reception (which was on the 3rd floor). He waited until we got checked in and lead us to our room. That was really nice! The room was clean, it smelled good and the sheets smelled fresh. So were there towels--they were fluffy and clean white. Floor carpeted, and they had slippers! :-) The aquarium on one wall was the highlight of the room. My toddler just can't stop staring at it and giggle at the sight of a fish. I found the perfect room for him!

Below the hotel was a lot of places to eat and there were a lot of people since the building offers many activities too. We went to this restaurant downstairs for dinner and the waiter who served us was very accommodating. The wait time for the food he said was around 20-25 minutes so we decided to have our food delivered instead to our room since my son was also feeling tired. Our food came up 10-15minutes later. I feel bad for not getting his name. He was really great. We ordered Nasi Goreng, pork sinigang, some veggie dish and French fries. The food was also delicious that I even forgot to take a picture!

They also offered free hot bed spa for two inside their facility as part of the package I paid. Too bad, we were just tired to do it. We slept instead.

We had our free breakfast served early in the morning at 2AM. We checked out at 2:30AM and their free shuttle was waiting for us downstairs by 2:45AM. Wow, they were on the dot! We told them that our flight was at 6AM and they had all those services scheduled for us. This place and their staff is awesome! Very helpful, cheerful and courteous! I will come back here again next time and definitely spend more than a night for sure. I highly recommend!

Staff were really unhelpful, didn't give us any information, it was like getting blood out a stone trying to get info. Made us feel really uncomfortable. Hotel is inside a food court. Would never recommend

we attended a wedding in Manila and at the same time wanted to have a staycation as a family. So we booked an aqua room for a one night stay and we enjoyed it. The room was wide enough for us and the aquarium in the room kept us relaxed. All the staff was accommodating and helpful. One thing great also is that it is accessible to the Manila Ocean park so whenever we want to rest we just go up to the room and go back down to see the other attractions. Hoping they could offer packages with breakfast inclusions also.

We booked an Aqua Jellies Room via Expedia.com for P3399 in 2-4 June 2017. Check-in and out time are at 14:00 and 12:00, respectively.
The staff were courteous and helpful. The room was clean and we really enjoyed looking at the school of jellyfish swimming in and out of our part of the aquarium. If you’re meticulous, the small amount of mold in the shower can be something to look into but we just shrugged it off because the bathroom was really modern. Towels, vanity kits and other toiletries were provided for. Only problem we encountered was when we took a shower, the water seeps through the door and slightly floods the toilet area. We didn't really mind but some of the other guests might. There's also complimentary snacks and drinks in the room (nuts, biscuits and sodas). The bed is super comfy, with enough pillows and a thick comforter.

We wish we could've spent more time exploring the inside of the hotel since it looked so nice, especially the White Moon Bar. We weren’t able to do so because we arrived a little late (at around 16:00), we opted to eat out at the nearby Harbor View Restaurant.

Overall, we loved our stay and we're planning to come back to try the other services the hotel has to offer.

Room Tip: The Aqua rooms are best for people who would like to relieve themselves of stress.

We booked at this hotel thru their Manager Ms. Angela, who is very accomodating. We stayed here for 4 days. The check - in is swift even though there were lots of people coz of holiday. Rooms are unique coz of the aquarium. Location is ok but you need to book for Grab car.

Breakfast is average. We advised a waiter to treat guests equally because we felt he prioritized Caucasian guests even though we were seated first. Not a good practice.

The pool is terrible for a place promoting water park. It is small, dark, lots of hose and contruction materials scattered around.

Staffs are courteous and friendly.

VIP lounge is great. Gym is small.
