We spent two weeks in a 2 bedroom family suite. It was very spacious, perfect for a family of four. There are two bathrooms, one en suite, and both looked updated and modern, Beds were comfortable.Two balconies. Air conditioning more than sufficient for a unit of this size. The unit was clean and comfortable. Two elevators for convenience. When we used Grab the front door staff logged the drivers license plate making us feel they cared about guests security. All the staff we interacted with were courteous and helpful from the front desk, security, housekeeping, breakfast severs, pool attendant, driver (airport transfer) etc.
I like the location though admittedly it's not glamorous. Just a few minutes walk to the big Robinson's mall down the street where you can get everything you might want or need. Under 10 minutes to the LRT (Pedro Gil), There's a good restaurant next door (Mr. Poon's), Even Intramuros is within a walkable 2k or so. Although it's a busy area for vehicular and pedestrian traffic the hotel faces a street with controlled traffic and we weren't bothered by noise.
I'd gladly stay here again but there are a couple of things to note. In house laundry services are available but the prices seem very high. It can be cheaper to buy new clothes at the mall if you have the luggage space and can defer washing until you get home (or find an alternative in the neighbourhood which I'm sure there is). If you want to ensure you'll be able to get a refund if you have to cancel a reservation, consider using a 3rd party booking (OTA) service. We booked direct with the hotel. A week or two before our trip we had to cancel. Although the hotel web site implies no issues with cancelling I discovered that they didn't seem willing to process a refund. Everything worked out in the end because we were able to re-schedule our trip and they did honour the original payment (in full) that had been made but for a while it looked disconcertingly like we might lose a large sum of money. The hotel web site should be very clear and state their policy around refunds.
