Booked 2 connecting rooms. Both with 2 small twin beds. Furniture is old with musty smell. Bathroom is quite big, reasonably clean with gd water pressure. Air-con can be controlled. WiFi is good. Able to connect with a few devices. Didn't hv breakfast there cos the hotel is near pavilion & other eateries. Despite everything, the hotel is in a good location except that the walkpath to the shopping area is dusty bcos of construction & not handicap or senior friendly.

This is a great hotel close to everything (particularly shopping if that's your thing). Lots of good street food and the food courts in the shopping centres have great food as well. Easy to get to with the MRT. Unfortunately the whole area is now a giant construction site due the the expansion of the MRT so it makes it difficult to get around.
Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and well set out. I had a good view of the Petronas Towers.
There is no pool there but you can use the pool at the Federal Hotel which is just around the corner. This is something that is not necessarily advertised but he staff at the front desk will confirm this. You are meant to show your room card to use the pool but there never seemed to be anyone there to check this.
Around the corner on your right are a couple of good cheap restaurants.
It's good value for about $60/night.

Room Tip: Ask for a higher quiet room

Staying at this hotel is a pretty good bargain. With shoppings and Eateries all within walking distance. Opposite has a IT Mall & in it there are a number nice restaurants. There are also a few pubs around that you can have a little drink.

Room size was good & comfortable. Love the tub and the separate toilets. Overall it was a great stay. Have been going back for a few times and will still be one of my top choices for my next visits.

Although located near to Bukit Bintang and Jl. Alor, hotel access was a little deterred by MRT construction nearby. Friendly staffs but somehow experience miscommunication: request for non smoking floor but was placed to smoking one. One of two rooms that we stayed has air condition that cannot be turned off, so it's like sleeping in winter time (just realized in the morning). Lift was not so friendly to senior people, fast to close but not so responsive sensor might harm senior people.

Room Tip: Better confirm what we have requested for (smoking/non smoking floor)

The hotel is underrated. Been going there for years now. Always enjoyed the stay.

House keeping does a fine job. Everything is clean and in order with full amenities.

Location is excellent right in the heart of Butikbintang.

Highly recommend the hotel

Will always keep coming back.
