The hotel is in the city center with some of the major malls and shopping areas within walking distance. Twin towers, KL tower are all within 10 min walk from the hotel. The hotel itself is good: has a good swimming pool, rooms are spacious, good breakfast spread. The hotel has good restaurants but there are a lot of options for food around the area in all the malls. Pavilion mall also has a lot of food options.

Room Tip: Higher floors have a good view of Bukit bintang

Prego restaurant has a very good much of workers headed by the head chef - Izzat Hakim. He made sure operational excellence right from the kitchen to the table. When a customer requested to see and without delay he will come out and see her. The waiters were also professional and every willing available to serve especially Zam. Strongly recommended .

Stayed here for a couple of nights on business. Executive rooms spacious, cool and with really comfortable beds. Huge lounge with cocktails 5:30 to 7:30. Lounge staff were fabulous and really attentive. Fast wifi throughout the hotel. Good location on Bukit Bintang can have some traffic problems but worth it. Use the VIP KLIA express to get here.. It's much more reliable than a taxi from the airport. No problem for me getting a late checkout at 4pm, ideal for my 10pm flight. Overall a great experience and would choose this hotel again. JW Marriott next door is nice but more expensive and doesn't provide anything quantifiably better. If you're working out near Petaling Jaya then consider the new Sheraton opening there in early 2017.

Stayed from 22 April to 24 April. Good room size, clean, great toilet amenities .. Really lift up the 5 stars standard in KL. Love the hairdryer .. wonder if it is for sale? LOL. Will definitely come back to stay.

One of the better hotels in the area. The hotels location make many of the interesting attractions in K.L within walking distance.
The interior is grand scale. The big asset for the hotel is the staff, helpful and service minded. The rooms are nice and clean, if your lucky you can get a room with a view over the Petrona Twin Towers.
The breakfast must be one of the better served at any hotel. You have so many options from western to Southeast Asian and everything in between.
The pool area and gym are good for relaxing

Room Tip: Ask for rooms with Petrona Towers view
