For our conference in KL, we were billeted at the Sheraton Imperial for 5 days and 4 nights. The room was spacious - it has its small room closet where you can store your luggage. When you enter the room you will notice immediately how spacious it is. Entering the bathroom would solidify your impression that the hotel affords its guests a spacious and luxurious space in the busy KL. There is enough or more than enough supply of free bottled water to the guests, unlike in other hotels where you are given only two bottles. The marbled bathroom is very big - an area for a bathtub, the adjoining toilet, the sink and dressing area and the shower enclosure. Although it seemed a little dated but this is what is good with the old ones - the expanse of the rooms. As for the dining experience, it was an okay experience every breakfast. Although having breakfast there for 5 consecutive days isn't wise because it becomes repetitive, the quality of the food is good. The service tends to be inconsistent; at times there was enough personnel, oftentimes they lack enough service crew to assist you with your needs. Oftentimes too, we have to stand in the entrance for a long time because there is no service crew to usher us to our tables. The egg station is good, the fruit selection is varied, the main course section is often repetitive. However, this hotel has a good location and is easily accessible. The sauna, gym, and other amenities are good. I would stay here again should I visit KL in the future.

Room Tip: Choose the de luxe rooms with a view of the KL tower. It's beautiful at night.

The entrance and the decor of the place will wow you once you enter. Upon reaching the room, the large cozy space will surprise you as well. The toilet is large and clean and the shower is warm and powerful. Huge breakfast spread to keep you busy during breakfast and the staff are friendly and attentive all over the restaurant. Be sure to check out the chinese restaurant for their dim sum too.

On our way to Penang for a holiday we decided to have a two night stay in KL . On a friends recommendation we booked a club suite on the Club floor at the Sheraton Imperial which is situated in the business district with many hotels, places to eat and several shopping malls as well as excellent public transport links.ie The monorail. The hotel which I think has 38 floors is now mostly surrounded by high rise buildings. However the interior is quiet and decor on the ground floor very grand but somewhat dark. There are two restaurants, a cafe and an outdoor pool which we didnt use.
On arrival we were made very welcome and whisked up to the club floor level 38 to a private check in area. We were given all the information needed about the hotel. Making sure we knew about the
Clubroom lounge and its facilities, especially breakfast and especially the complimentary drinks and canapes served between 5-8pm. The added bonus to using the lounge was mingling with the other guests from all over the world as well as Malaysia. The staff were fantastic too ,especially Bard! Our suite was on the 36th floor, large with a good comfortable bed, sofa and coffee table, desk with all the power points ,walk in wardrobe and large marble bathroom with a shower and a bath. The room also a
afforded a fantastic view accross the district and Menara tower, especially at night through a floor to ceiling picture window. Not for the faint hearted though! Our stay, although brief was made really special by the efficient and friendly staff we encountered throughout the hotel. Well done everyone!

Deluxe room. All personal needs adequately met from comfy bed to free beverage corner.Hotel provided toilletries. City mall across the road. The only drawback was crossing the busy Highway to get across. No Pedestarian underpass or Zebra crossing & no Traffic light Confidence is key when crossing& be quick on your feet. Friendly staff.

Room Tip: stayed in rm #2813 . City view

Had our dinner reception last year Nov. Decided to take Sheraton because of the services provided by Ellie the event manager. Well, I prefer good services over the price since I never managed to get wedding planner and wanted it to be our Special and Memorable Night. Price can be negotiable but not the service.
Before deciding Sheraton, Ellie would help me check and compare the packages with other hotels then she would fight for what we wanted. Ellie was very friendly and will always reply my question as soon as possible even though in midnight and weekend.

Had an incident during the night; a waiter accidentally spilled a glass red wine on my sister's dress. In this panic moment, Ellie quickly went to Quill City Mall (which is closing at 10pm!) and buy another dress for my sister with her own money. Problem
solved within a short time period. My sister didn't get upset after that. Well, I'm sure Sheraton will take note and improve further after this incident.
That is the service that we wanted in case of anything happens.

Can you imagine if this incident added with chaos in your wedding?
My wife would have gone crazy! Haha!

Thanks to Ellie, my wife and I had our best moment with Sheraton.
