A cozy and welcoming hotel close to Shin Osaka station, The hotel is quiet and air con was good in the rooms.
Wifi was fast. Staff were friendly and spoke adequate English.
The hotel is also located in a business district and there are several convenience stores and restaurants around in the surrounding blocks.
A good option if you are on a budget and need a good nights sleep.
True walking distance from Shin Osaka station. Location is perfect for those who want to use Shinkansen as part of your normal commute such as travel to Kyoto, Tokyo, or even Kobe as part of your trip so that you don't have to carry your luggages on regular train (which should be really troublesome)
Shin Osaka station got it all - many great restaurants, bento, supermarket, and starbucks
The hotel itself is clean. The room size is ok especially comparing to nearby hotel (MyStay is super small, for example).

Very close to Shin-Osaka station and was good for me as I reached the hotel late at night. Its good for businesses, would not rate it high for families. Not much for Children to do in the hotel.
The best thing about this hotel is it’s location less than 5mins walk to Shin-Osaka Shinkansen station. Beyond that the hotel is a disappointment. The staff spoke hardly any English, there is no air-con so the room was stuffy, the hotel was old and dated. On the night we checked in our toilet bowl clogged and overflowed. A maintenance guy came to clear it but the problem still persisted the next morning. We highlighted it to the front desk on our way. When we returned in the evening they were still working on the problem. They said it would take another half an hour to complete. We asked to change to room on the same floor so as to minimize the hassle of the transfer. Not recommended for long term stay, only overnight stay if you need to be near Shin-Osaka station.
