This hotel is brand chain hotel, especially in Japan. Location is excellent, just in the heart of Sapporo, close to everything, your attraction, local dining, shopping mall, 24 hours store, 7-11, lawson, etc.

Check-in service was pretty honour as they usually performed to be professional and very polite. Room was very clean, but size is just enough, really appreciated the bathroom, the shower head was quite powerful and you would be sure get a very comfortable bath in the winter season. And I found the soundproof was also very effective, even you are getting a room facing the main road with huge traffic, you barely won't get any noise impacted, which impressed me a lot. Well Done!

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. The location was great, close to restaurants, walking distance to JR station and bus stop. The room was a reasonable size for the 2 of us, clean and quite comfortable.

One downside, very strict on checkin time, we asked for an early checkin as we were arriving after a long haul flight but we had to wait until 2pm to checkin( not a minute earlier literally).

Would stay thee again but would book an extra night if arriving early morning.
