From the very first contact Bryan was quick to respond to emails and easy to talk to regarding different options. He quickly got me onto WeChat - the Chinese equivalent to Messenger and this made it so easy to communicate. Even after our tour, his thoughtful follow-up was really appreciated. The day with Bryan felt like you had spent the day with a friend and we had interesting conversations about a large range of topics. Bryan was thoughtful, courteous and had a real love and appreciation of his home city of Xi'an. Bryan is upfront with his pricing - you pay for the driver and himself for a fixed price, then he gives you the costs for the admissions, this way you know exactly what you are paying for, and we felt it was very reasonable. The day at the terracotta warriors was very special and Bryan answered any question and pointed out particularly interesting highlights, as we went around, we never felt rushed. The nearby restaurant where we ate some delicious noodles and dumplings, at a very reasonable price were just perfect for lunch - Bryan understands what his clients are looking for and therefore is the perfect host. Thank you Bryan for a wonderful day, we can see why you have such amazing reviews... you are very special!

Bryan was a great guide, it felt like walking around with a knowledgable friend, all the arrangements worked perfectly and Bryan even helped us out and kept in touch when I’d moved on from Xian. My brother booked us two days with Bryan on the back of trip advisor reviews and he really is number one for a reason, use Bryan if you get the chance, you won’t find better person to explore the Xian area with.

Byran was very helpful from the time I contacted him two months before our trip. He answered all my questions promptly, gave us suggestions on what to see and where to stay in Xian. Our accommodation recommended by Bryan was clean, very central and easy to walk to all the sights in the city and very reasonably priced.

We visited the Terracotta warriors, Big Wild Goose Pagoda and the City Wall with Bryan. He was very informative, English was good and never in a hurry.

Throughout our time in Xian, Bryan was our source whenever we needed advice. What impresses us most is, Byran’s professionalism and his obvious wish for his customers to enjoy their stay in Xian. We had a very enjoyable time as we can rely on Bryan providing us useful tips at any time.

We would highly recommend his service.

We had one and a half day to visit Xian.
Bryan chalked out an excellent itinerary for us. Since the time was short, he picked up straight from the airport and took us to Terracotta warriors museum and city wall and brought us back to the hotel in the evening. Our baggage was safely kept in his taxi. He will book Terracotta tickets in advance if he expects long queues at the venue and that saves a lot of time.
His knowledge about history was great and helpful. He will pick up good spots for pictures.
His command on English was good.
For lunch, he took us to a local restaurant near the museum where food was delicious, freshly cooked and price was very reasonable.
Next day he sent his associate Ms Agnes who took us to wild goose pagoda and Muslim quarter before dropping us at the airport around noon in time for our flight. He instructed Ms Agnes to help us to check in at the airport. She was also a knowledgeable guide with a good command on English.
While planning the trip, he was very prompt in answering the queries via email.
I would strongly recommend using his services while you are in Xian due to his knowledge, professional attitude and personalized service.

We scheduled a one day tour with Bryan during a holiday weekend. He communicated via email with me until we got details sorted and the week before I wanted transportation to and from the airport and an extra day of touring. Even though it was a very busy weekend, he set us up with an associate for the second day of touring. He was flexible, knowledgable and helped us save time by guiding us to the important items. We went to the Warriors, Muslim market, Big and small goose pagoda, city museum, Xian wall, Bell and drum tower, forest of stone tablets and a few other places. Bryan suggested a local restaurant for lunch and my husband really enjoyed the food there. He is energetic and wants to make sure you enjoy his city, learning and relaxing.
