Having been to a number of water parks in North America, this one was a great disappointment in comparison. Ridiculous safety rules even for the simplest of rides. If you want to go tubing, the tube costs 60 rmb extra. Most of the rides do not allow glasses (not even for the simplest slides). My wife cannot see well without her glasses and we ended up not going on anything and left, wasting our money. Clearly telling customers at the entrance that glasses aren't allowed would've been nice. We went to customer service with our problem and they basically said the place was not suitable for people with glasses (thanks for not telling us at the entrance when taking our money), did not offer us any compensation. On our way out, the main exit makes you go through a souvenir shop. The place is pretty much designed to be a tourist trap.

Dear guest, thank you for taking time to review your recent experience at Chimelong Water Park and we are regretful that we failed to meet your expectation regarding the service delivered by our park. In order to fully ensure your safety, glasses are not allowed to be brought to water rides, however, you can bring a pair of swimming goggles with you if needed. Sorry for any inconvenience caused and we hope we have the pleasure to welcome you next time. Thank you!

I have been here during summer, so I can understand that it's crowded, but this was way beyond a non-local definition of "Crowded'. Expect a lot of swimming gear, despite being a waterpark, do not expect to not crash into someone, and nudity in changerooms are to be expected. However, the water park is pretty big and has a lot of fun rides. Overall, I would recommend.

very nice water with almost everything what a water park needs to have ticket price is a bit on the higher side.

I've never been to a water park before Chimelong, but honestly (in my limited experience) I think this place is amazing. We were expecting much larger queues but we managed to go just before the schools broke up for summer and so were delighted that for the majority of the day we only had to wait at most half an hour.

The place is easily accessible and is designed in a similar fashion to Disneyland. The changing rooms are large and much cleaner than I expected, though the sandals and other swimming items they have on offer are rather expensive. The water park has lots of differently themed rides, such as the Behemoth Bowl and Massive Water Slide. They're honestly so much fun and you can go with lots of friends as well on the same ride. The fast slides are quite terrifying and the sudden surge of water when you land can be a little uncomfortable but as long as you close your eyes and don't breathe it's fine.

Lunch was also great-was definitely not expecting such a great meal! I had spaghetti bolognese and though it didn't look too nice when they brought it out, it was actually very tasty. The ice milk tea was also very refreshing and I carried it around the park even after lunch.

The only issue I had was the queue up top of the main water play area, with lots of different slides and water-related activities, including the large tipping bucket every minute or so. Even though it was 35 degrees Celsius that day, being drenched and then scorched for half an hour or so was not the best experience and by the end of the queue I felt sick. Furthermore, the guy managing the queue kept stopping people from going through because we weren't getting into one line, even though there was no set place for the queue. Nearly ruined my whole day, thank goodness I didn't throw up! But apart from that, honestly this place was amazing. Everything you buy there is quite pricey but it's worth it!

Note: The park gets more busy at night since it is the last of the three major parks to close. I suggest going the minute it opens if you want to avoid long queues!

We are there in 2 oct . The weather is so warm . So many people in every slide that it is long about one hour to get each one so we used only river and wave pool .unlike other water parks to use
Tubes you must pay extra .
