Owner description: Red Square, once the site of executions and military parades, sits smack in the middle of Moscow, bounded on one side by the Kremlin walls and Lenin's tomb and on the other by GUM, the country's largest department store.

The Red square is the heart of Moscow, a must see when you travel to Moscow. It is surrounded by Kremlin, St. Basil Cathedral, State Historical Museum and Gum shopping mall. Absolutely an amazing place with a lot of history.

It is Moscow, if you do not visit this monument means you did not see Moscow.
So powerful and Mistry.
With the beautiful cathedral at the far wand and the walls of the kremlin with the watch towers and the red star.
There is also the spot of the center of Moscow where people through coins for good luck
It is a must see

Red Square is where the main buildings in Moscow are, so it is a must see, There's Lenins Mausoleum, GUM Shopping Mall, St Basils, State Museum and the Kremlin, so it is a must see while in Moscow, there are lots of shopping and dining around, if you go through the gates you end upo at Four Seasons Hotel where you can find another shopping mall and Alexander Gardens.

Not much to tell about that square. It is located at the center of Moscow, surrounded by Kremlin, GUM, Saint Basil's cathedral and State historical museum. A historic place which is a UNESCO heritage site due to what happened in 13 century. At times it is used for a variety of purposes (Christmas village with kiosks, parades ect).

This is simply the place were all the history of Russia took place in the last 800 years. The red square is powerfull and safe, it feels like you are in the center of the world. Very safe place for women in solo trip.
