This new hotel in Iloilo offers value for money. The close proximity to SM City makes it an ideal place to spend the night in the City of Love after a day of shopping. The rooms are spacious and clean, the breakfast buffet is good and the staff are welcoming and friendly.

This is our go-to hotel in Iloilo. It’s cheaper compared to other hotels in the city but the service ain’t cheap.

Staffs are tagalog and english speakers so its easier to communicate if you are not Ilonggo. Reception area is a bit small but the staff wont make you wait any longer.

SM City Iloilo is just across the hotel and there is a 7/11 store at the ground floor had you need anything.

Rooms are of good size. I think all rooms has 1 single bed and 1 queen-sized bed. If you get lucky, the view facing SM City is really cool as you can see the business center and the beauty of iloilo.

Im very particular with linens and i must say its all comfortable.

They have mini ref, TV, heater, sink and pretty much any essentials you need in a condotel. Restroom is also clean.

I suggest to get breakfast upon booking coz you will pay around 600 pesos for 2 pax if you want a buffet breakfast.

There’s not much of a selection for breakfast but i’d still rate it 7/10. View is GREAT! You will see the beauty of iloilo city in the morning.

The hotel for now is the tallest building in Iloilo city , would rhink that the hotel is originally design as a residential condominium, because is very unusual for a regular room with a kitchen and sink . Unless tou opt for a upgrade room in a hotel will have this amenities. Price is on the range of 2 thou plus during that time which is a after the main fiesta in the city . It’s in front of a huge SM Mall which is very convenient for a grocery or a movie. Good location . Approximately 15 kilometers from the airport . But near seaport if you have plans to proceed to Negros island ( Bacolod ) or Guimaras . Iloilo city is a historic place which most of the sugar barons of 19 th hundred lives and have a huge mansion some of them are well maintained and some are victims of decay . Very interesting place to visit .
