It was our second stay as a family in District 21 Hotel. Despite the busy season of December, District 21 provided us prompt service to our needs. The hotel staff are polite. Thank you for making our stay comfortable!

One of the best business hotel in Iloilo City, a new and modern hotel for corporate and government travelers. Clean, simple and convenient although needs some service improvements. Suggest better bathroom supplies and better assistance for guest going in between your buildings.
Stayed here early this month for a business presentation. Two things I love most about this place are 1.) the people - the staff were very friendly and always smiling; and 2.) it's accessibility to the malls, coffee shops and restaurants, clubs and bars, and even the parks. My colleagues and I had blast spending a few hours in one of their KTV rooms at a very affordable price and it is consumable. It is clean, budget friendly and the facilities are modern.
Excellent modern hotel with spacious clean rooms. Large bathroom. Excellent breakfast selection in lovely dining room, included with accommodation charge. Ideal place to stay as central and situated close to a very large mall with many eating places and selective shops. Iloilo has very wide well planned streets without the traffic clutter found in Manilla and Cebu.
District 21 Hotel is one of Hotelsin the city that has the “21”attached to their name. Clean, simple and yet, provides the things a tired and busy traveller needs. Quite near to malls and restos and so near the Royal Esplanade for walking, running, or jogging. A coffee shop is a few steps away and so are a variety of restaurants that offer sumptuous cuisine.
