Always a great stay!

The room is clean and spacious. Breakfast offers a wide selection of food. Our favourite part of this hotel is the infinity pool, always a great stay! Highly recommended. For sure we will comeback again.

A Student's Review

This hotel has a nice ambiance and a well designed interior. Their staffs are very accommodating. I really enjoyed my stay here with my friends as we celebrated our JS Prom. I'm very lucky to have been given a chance to stay here. Will definitely suggest this hotel to other people. :)

A review for Grand Xing Imperial Hotel

I really like the way they organize the room because it's really convenient and easy to access. I feel secured due to the fact that only certain people can enter designated floors. The staffs are also polite and they greet us whenever they come across us. It was a great stay overall.

Critical Response

Accomodation is good, as well as the condition of the room. The room was clean, and well-ventilated. The bed is soft and fluffy. The bathroom was also clean and free of foul odor. The lukewarm bath was very relaxing. Though, I did not like the scent of their shampoo (smells like tea).

A review of the grand xing treatment

Everything was higher than what I expected. The high class treatment did not restrict itself in the facilities but also in the staff. The staff of the hotel provided quality service, bordering on VIP++ treatment.
