The place is famous for their Ilongo fare called Cansi or Kansi using batuan fruit to give the soup a sour taste. The beef broth is tasty, soothing to the palate on a cold rainy day. The meat is very tender that they easily come off from the bones yet still chewy. The place is crowded during lunch hours and parking can be an issue. It's a basic, down to earth eatery without any fanfare located on the 6th Street, Bacolod City and can easily be spotted The price is very reasonable. This is definitely a "come back to" place.
