We ordered Cansi and Calamares at their VillaAngela branch. The cansi has just the right blend of beef and batwan (sour fruit). Waiting time for the steaming soup is 10-15 mins. Serving size is good for 3-4 pax already!Calamares are also goodBudget is Php100-150 per person (group of 5)... Highly recommended

when you want to eat lukot, go to entings of Sagay, my father was from Sagay before and I know that the owner of entings actually does the marinade /kinilaw of lukot. They have now moved to Marketplace, at the back of NGC (new government centre) , also try litson baka, i believe it is one of their best sellers.

We landed at the Silay City International airport past noon due to delayed flight and went straight to Entings near the Bacolod Government Center. We were welcomed with savory Filipino dishes like crispy pata, sinigang na lapu-lapu, crispy fried chicken, and kinilaw.

This place rocks with a lot of choices. But being our first meal, we did not order all we want so that there is something to look forward to when we visit Bacolod again.

We ate at the Mambukal branch of Entings. Food was good, although it took a lot of time for them to serve it. The fish was cooked but not dry, which is a big plus. The shrimp sinigang was good as well. Service personnels were limited though. We had to look for them when we needed something.

Known for their very savory Filipino dishes. They have the spare ribs, sinigang, barbecue chicken and pork, grilled sea foods. Always full.
