Amazing stay

I really like most in this hotel are the staff, their genuine smile, the room is clean, the amenities are complete, the breakfast buffet, the egg station are very lively, the cheese omelet is outstanding, and I feel so secure. keep it up Seda capitol central!!!

So much potential but little to offer

The rooms are hat you would expect from an average 4 start hotel in the US or Australia. Unfortunately the food on offer especially breakfast is below par compared to other hotels. The room service was Terrible. Don't believe me than order a club sandwich than order the same item next door at the UCC Cafe than keep walking and order a club at LFischer Hotel. The swimming pool seems to have an annoying worker more interested in you room number than offering a towel and its not catered to those wanting a poolside beverage. I stayed in total 30 days across 2 visits. There rewards program is inflexible and offers nothing apart from a small discount on food. Coffee is terrible still serving American style with powdered milk. Disgusting

Expencive and bad food, bad service and bad wine

This was the most bad food experiance I ever had in a place in Bacolod
I use to order platter food when I see this in a menue
We was told by the staff one platter is good for 4 people
We was 4 who order that while the last couple order baby back ribs
I try to order also wine from a big wine list
After have be told the most og the big and really expencive wine list was sold out , They find one in stock I told the waiter I was European and did not like cold red wine
1/2 our after my food was on the table there came a glass og is cold
After another waiting they manage to bring wine to table who was not cold
They have put it in the micro
The frech frye was served on same platter as the meet and fish
And the quality of the food was really really bad and it was small
I order also tiramisu dessert , and wait for that in 20 minutes
I then ask the waiter for my dessert
Sorry we are out of this she say
The only thing of hig quality was the big price of what we had
This is a place who look nice from the outside
But Me and my European friend will never go there again

Room tip: Do not eat in the top floor restaurant

Terrible Check-in / Rooms not ready for check in

Poor and slow service at the check-in counter. They’re happy to process your payment right away, even though they don’t have your room ready at the advertised time (2 pm). Having waited an hour for the room, with no explanation or compensation, we decided to cancel.

Management has clearly gone down hill since they cannot plan ahead to have rooms ready for check-in at the time advertised.

On previous visits service used to be excellent, although Wi-Fi is also incredibly bad.

Having stayed at this hotel many times prior, I’m sad to say we will not be choosing Seda Bacolod again.

Amazing Stay

What an amazing hotel! We stayed here for a quick vacation from stressful Manila. All of their service team embodies Filipino hospitality - kind and accommodating. The hotel is centrally located to sites and restaurants. Breakfast buffet selection was good also. Value for money!
