I stayed 3 nights in a one-bedroom-suite in building B.
Check in was flawless and very welcoming.
The suite itself looked good at first glance but showed several deficiencies during the stay:
- hot water was missing on 2 days. Despite promise from front desk ("someone from engineering will fix it shortly"), nothing was fixed.
- the room needs an in-depth cleaning: old stains / grease on several spots in the suite (bathroom tiles, kitchen countertops, balcony, sofa cushions)
- living room TV lacks english programs (not even CNN was working), bedroom TV wasn't linked to any satellite etc. and was therefore useless.
Pool area is nearly immaculate. Very nice and inviting! Lots of space, sufficient available sunbeds, nice beach.
Restaurants serve a pretty good quality when it comes to food (not really "gourmet experience" as they proclaim, but definitely above average).
My major complaint is the service: Plenty of staff available, but majority of them is obviously not properly trained for hospitality business. Lack of professionalism at all bars and in all restaurants.
Example 1: during dinner at "Caverna" hot appetizer and hot main dish served together at the same time.
Example 2: during lunch at "Hojas" the drinks were served after the main dish).
Example 3: pool bar staff went around the pool area to take orders but always ignored guests at least at two of the four pools.
I could add more...

Big compliment to lovely Jules at Hojas: The only one who obviously knows how professional service should work :-)
Overall: Nice resort (even with the ongoing renovation / building activities), excellent outdoor area - with room for improvement (as mentioned).
