Everyone at this hotel was super nice. We had traveled for 24 hours straight, and as soon as we arrived, we were taken care of. Bags were out of the taxi and being carried to the lobby before we were even out of the car. I didn't have Peso bills smaller than 1000, and the driver didn't have change, so the hotel took care of it. We had a welcome drink as we checked in. Service at the restaurant was quick and very obliging. Food was great, though portions are a bit bigger than expected, so restraint when ordering is advised. The room had lots of english television channels, and the drinks in the mini bar were very reasonably priced. It was, simply put, the perfect way-station for two weary travelers to rest for the night.

A couple things that could be improved: more power sockets for charging multiple devices would be good, the bathroom is a little dark, it's really hard to see when you're shaving, the shower curtain was a little too short in our room, so the bathroom had a tendency to flood if you weren't careful, and there are only two pillows in the room (I called down for an extra one, which incurred a small charge of 80 peso. I didn't mind the charge, but the pillow never came to my room).

All in all though, we were extremely pleased with the level of service we recieved, and if ever in Cebu again, will be staying here.

Cebu R in Mabolo is okay as it has the basic facilities of a hotel--clean rooms, basic breakfast, laundry service. However, the rooms would be better if they had some upgrades such as a bidet, a softer mattress and comforter. Their laundry service could also be improved as it takes 2 days for laundry to be done. We also saw that one of our shirts had a yellow stain that wasn't there before we had it washed. Kudos, though, to the breakfast crew for being very efficient in taking orders and serving meals on time. Over all, not a bad hotel.

its good clean hotel , new , modern , friendly staffs.we booked from agoda for £24.51. its good value for what we get. but restaurant was under staffs. we went to the restaurant to have dinner and breakfast .there are 2 staffs running around with the restaurant full . and we have to chase for everything .

The room has a television set, private bath room, air condition and a wi-fi.
It also has an automated security drawer where you can keep your money and other valuables. It has a fridge stuffed with beer. One doesn't need to go out for a drink. The hotel is easily accessible. Customer service is very good.

Room tip: Higher floors have less A/C unit noise.

In the underside of the bed was a very dark blood stain which could be seen through the sheet. I told the receptionist the next morning and no apology or Offer of discount.
Had booked double room got twin room breakfast disappointing
