If you want somewhere quiet with friendly staff at a good price, this is for you. The rooms are clean and the noise is not too bad for this area. It's only a 5 minute walk from some shops and a massage place and 10 minutes from the busy area.
I would not stay anywhere else if i come back.
We wanted a peaceful neighborhood. And if you do too, this one is for you. Though, it's a bit far to get a ride but when you have now the access to the likes of grab or angkas, it's not a problem. There are some taxis passing by the area too. Place is great. Clean. And spacious. Staffs are friendly and approachable especially the two ladies on the day shift during our stay. But the one on the night shift isn't. But that's fine. Complimentary breakfast is available and there are choices to choose from. All in all, a commendable place to stay.
Honestly, I would want to stay here again when I come back. They do everything from house keeping to free breakfasts. The rooms and the bed are well cleaned and tidy. I also liked how they give toileteries and towels.
I have stayed at Palazzo many times now. It is a reasonably priced pensionne house in Cebu. The staff is great and very helpful. The rooms are clean and meet my needs. The Wi-Fi can be inconsistent in strength.
Next time I am in Cebu I will stay at Palazzo.

Palazzo Pensionne is a nice and very comfortable place to stay i Cebu. It is located pretty close to the city center, we colud walk everywhere without needing to use public transportation.
The place offers freshly prepared breakfast on the time that is most suitable for you. I really apprecieated it!
