Every time we visit Cebu for work, we always find time to stay in the Palazzo because the staff are so friendly.
The rooms are basic, you get what you pay for. The rates are great and there's air con, hot water, wifi and breakfast (a choice from a menu). There's a little store next to the Palazzo where you can stock up on water and snacks for the night time.
I'd recommend to stay here if you are on a budget! Again, the staff are very friendly!
It was homey and warm. Rooms are clean and the bathroom is decent (we just have to ask on how to turn on the shower, as there is another knob that needs to be turned for it to activate)
They provide complimentary breakfast during your stay and it is satisfying. Food is kinda pricey but tastes good, they can also bring it to your room. They can also reheat food you brought from the outside (with a minimal charge)
I wouldn't mind going back and stay here again because their bed is comfortable, the place is near to destination you want to go via taxi except for the airport.
I can consider it as my home when I go to Cebu.
We had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. The staff are helpful & courteous! They helped us bring our luggage to our rooms, helped us get cabs every time we needed to go out, taught us the directions to the places we wanted to go to.
The area is quiet and residential. Although it’s not on the main road, it’s just a few minutes away from the malls, convenience stores, supermarkets, and restaurants. And they’d get the cab for you!
There’s also a light breakfast provided every morning. The rooms are clean and spacious enough. Got hot water in the bathroom. Got cable TV. Got Wifi. Got aircon.
We booked a room for two at the last minute, and we did not regret doing so. The location was not on the main street, but the neighborhood was quiet and not too crowded. We stayed in their deluxe room for two persons, and we were pleasantly surprised with the room. It was clean, simple, elegant and well lighted. For a pension house, the doors were secured with electronic key card-activated locks. There was CCTV on our floor. There were no unusual smells or dirt. The beds were comfy and aircon inside the room was working great. Flat screen tv with cable connection were available as well. The rest room was spacious, and cold and hot shower was in good working condition. The breakfast menu was not as comprehensive as one would wish, but given the price we had to pay for the room, the breakfast seemed like a good bonus if you're game enough to have a simple meal. The staff were friendly and polite. We even had our wake up call alerting us that our breakfast was already prepared. The security guard on duty even went out of his way to call us a cab out on the main road. This place truly deserves the excellent rating it gets. I will surely consider coming back here next time I'm in Cebu.
Very nice, big, clean room and shower. The staff was very friendly and helpful in giving us directions to different places in the city. Especially great was the service of being able to choose your breakfast the night before and having it prepared and ready for you the next morning. Great WiFi as well. Nothing to complain about, definitely recommend.
