Cons:
- cleaning of rooms is on per request basis only
- wifi is a bit terrible😤
- no toiletries- just liquid soap
- not sound proof! Noise on hallway is annoying 😲
- we requested a front desk staff if they could lend us a spoon but refused us. 😕 (it ended, we ordered for fast food delivery so we could get one and even gave us an extra.)
Over all, for me, it's just okay!
A great place to stay while in Cebu. The location in pretty convenient and everyone in the city seems to know where it is, that makes getting a jeepney back to the hotel very easy!
Our room was simple but clean and comfortable with a flat TV. Private bathroom with very well working shower.
Wifi works great in the room and common areas.
Breakfast was filipino style but we were offered to “westernise it” and we had some toast with fried egg with juice, tea & coffee!
The staff is super nice and friendly! They helped us go around and also kept one of our bags for a long time while we were travelling around.
I stayed at Center Suites last month. I found the location excellent, its central, yet quiet and in walking distance to Ayala mall, where you will find everything you need. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Rooms clean and comfortable. I would recommend this place to my friends and I will stay there again next time I'm in Cebu.
You get what you paid for. This is a Budget hotel which is honest in their offers. I would like to commend Juliean Villanca, the front desk officer who promptly responded to email inquiries. It is very rare to find a good responsiveness through emails in the Philippines because there are other options to Connect like facebook and sms. The Center Suit is more like a hostel than a hotel in a good way. Paid 985/night in an airconditioned room With a private bathroom. The breakfast is included which is a big plus if you don't want to begin Your day stressing out where and what to eat. They offer a small flat screen TV, towels, study desk and side table, hangers, hot and Cold shower, phone and a wifi With good Connectivity. If you just want to come to Cebu to visit Places and just need a Place to shower and sleep, you don't need to break Your bank over a 5-star hotel for that.
For the cheap rate that this budget hotel is offering, I can vouch that the guest can get what they paid for. The Center Suites is a nice place to stay if you plan to wander around because of its accessibility to many transportation options, whether you are the type to ride the jeepney or book an Uber or Grab. Another advantage is if anyone plans to spend a one full day adventure to the south (like what I did) because it'll only take 15 minutes from the hotel going to the South Bus Terminal via car.
