The room is tidy. The staff were so accommodating and very friendly.
The housekeeping team didn't missed to make our room clean and look new every time we get back.
I can highly recommended to every one.
Access to restaurants are very convenient and in case you would love to eat something healthy there is COOEE just in front of the hotel inside the raintree mall. :)

I stumbled over this hotel by chance. Was looking for a trip in late December that would comfortably accommodate 3 adults. Surprisingly most 4-5 star hotels in Cebu are for 2 only - with single beds or a king bed (and who wants to be the one in the middle of a king bed for 3 adults in a room).
This 3-star place is new (opened only in May 2022) and didn't have any reviews in tripadvisor (my go to site to check out places to stay) at the time I was looking to book a place. If you're looking for a no frills hotel that is really comfortable, clean and with friendly staff, choose Primeway Suites.
The first thing I noticed is that the family room is huge. A double bed and a single, plus a sofa, a dining table and a free area in the middle where you don't have to worry about luggage space and personal space. There's also a refrigerator and a microwave in the room. The room does not have a closet but it does have an open clothes rack big enough to fit our things. The place is bright and clean and very comfortable.
The staff is what you look for in the hospitality business. Ms. Camla, who checked us in, was very friendly. We arrived before the official check in time and since our room was available, she checked us in early. On our last day I requested for late check out since our flight was in the early evening and had no problem having this granted since the room was not booked yet. The rest of the staff were as friendly and courteous and we love their cheery dispositions!
The place is centrally located in Ramos street near Fuente Osmena. You have a variety of restaurants to choose from in the same building (the hotel does not serve food which is not a problem) - Starbucks for the coffee addicts, Really good dimsum in David's Tea House and the newly opened (we were the first customers, I think!) samyupsal place on the second floor is a must. The taxi stand right in front makes it easy to catch a ride.
This place really impressed my sisters and I that we've booked our rooms already for our next trip to Cebu.

It’s a nice hotel with great service. You will get more than what you expect! And good environment. Plus affordable prices. If you want to stay in Cebu city. I think this one will be your best choice!
I stayed 2 nights for a business trip. The location was perfect, I walked to my meetings in the Fuente area. I was able to do work in the lobby which has tables and fast Wi-Fi. My room was comfortable and clean and the staff were extremely courteous. Will definitely stay here every time I go to Cebu
First thing i noticed you can't sleep well cause everytime the other room opens the door it feels like your door is opening so weird ♂️ so loud!
So we checked out early cause we have an early flight when we got into the airport our flight was cancelled due to an airplane landing problem. So we decided to go back to the hotel to stay for a while coz our flight was rebooked after lunch. The thing is they won't let us enter our room anymore they want as to pay again!!! No consideration at all! They want us to pay again even though we payed our stay from 3pm to 12 noon. What a policy! Next time be very considerate to your guests! It's not all about the money!

Once our guests check out though, it is our policy to clean and sanitize the room for the next guest, and it is already unavailable for the previous guest. Given that a guest was already assigned to your room, we could not accommodate your request to re-enter or reuse the room you checked out of. As our front office associate told you, however, we could’ve given you a new, different room. We hope for your understanding, and thank you for staying with us!
We love how approachable Ms.Camla from the front desk is, we thought we will be having hard time because of the guest name that I mistakenly wrote but then without any hassle she just said no problem. Thank you so much for her hospitality she’s a very good employee.The hotel and our room is superb.
