The Hotel in general was good, the Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. I wish to stay next time with more competitive price :)

We had a good stay. The room was sanitized and their buffet was fantastic. Their staff were really warm and polite. The receptionist asked me how my trip was during check in. It warmed me somehow. We didn't go into the pool but it looked nice.
My fiance was concerned about security in the balcony because it was near the pool and someone could just easily climb to the rooms lol.
I would like to go back though.

Best hotel to stay in while in Cebu
The facility and amenities are only surpassed by the wonderful staff.
We have been coming to Quest hotel for over 8 years and consider it our only “5-Star” hotel.

The staffs are approachable, very accommodating. They have a great ambiance that goes along with the delicious and savoury foods. The desserts are great as well. Top it up with the great outdoor view.
