The Quest has chosen to service returning Filipinos as quarantine hotel. The overall reception, cleanliness of the room and bathroom, and the large variety of set menus which were very delicious made my quarantine stay not so difficult... in fact, pleasant. I really enjoyed the comfortable mattress of the bed which gave me the much needed sleep and rest.

(+) Friendly staff

Used to be one of the best hotel in cebu. Strategically located for business and leisure. Over a period of years this hotel wasn’t well maintained the beds are now becoming uncomfortable with worn out and the support is soggy.
Clogged bathroom sink and shower area that i need to call the maintenance.
Service phone does have a faulty ringer. Once the front desk staff (Gwen) told me that Im not answering the phone! Now, who can answer the call if you can’t hear the ringer (faulty) their IT guy tried repairing ... to the end it is still unfixed. This is Room 701

Now they moved me to Room 700, During the move, no one help me or offer me help move my stuff. It’s Covid reason and escape as always.
Foods are mediocre haven’t seen any improvement.
They served a super ROCK HARD Pan de Sal only at Quest.

Beside my bed there is a cockroach in the floor also in the shower area as seen in the pictures I don’t know why they labeled the room as sanitized room with sanitize sticker before you enter the room. Is it to their standard of sanitation?

Not much to do when pandemic strike, pool is open though but the gym isn't which is not good. The staff were friendly and cool. I stayed on an edge room whereby both side walls are glass, I got the best view on top while asleep and awake.

Great selection of food and you don’t feel overly restricted even with the assisted buffet set up. Visited last Feb 7 and all the staff were very friendly especially the chefs at the omelette station and hot dishes station. There was no garlic rice on display but the chef went out of his way to fry some garlic for me.

You will never get wrong in this hotel when your top priority is clean and safety with good amenities to stay with at Cebu City, Philippines. Everything is sealed and SANITIZED. Highly recommended!
